There are no limits the chef will test for his Clients …..so their Guests will be mesmerized by the craftsmanship, art and beauty of the finished product.
When Michael receives a commission, usually to decorate and prepare menus that express nature and locally harvested produce for lavish parties, Madigan begins by making sketches of his ideas in watercolor. After the client chooses a design, he prepares a proposal and drawings with the precision of an engineer.
The Nautical-Weddings.com approach is much different than that of the conventional party planner as they create their designs through the computer and Michael’s work is created from his heart and soul through the fundamentals of fine art.
His Passion is culminated from his days as a student at The Culinary Institute of America and Fine Art Classes in San Francisco and South Florida.

| Wedding Day Direction/ "Wedding Day Only" 
A must for every couple! When newlyweds are asked what they would do differently, most often they say they wish they had had a professional assisting them on the actual Wedding Day. Unfortunately, without the help of a Professional Wedding Coordinator, the bride, her mother, bridesmaids or guests are often required to "work" at the wedding instead just enjoying the day.
This the perfect option if you have planned your wedding, but would like a Wedding Professional on hand at the wedding to coordinate the day, see that all details are addressed and problems are averted.
Includes:
A meeting with you prior to the Wedding Day, to develop timelines and the flow of the day. Coordinator at your Rehearsal Coordinator & an Assistant will be at your Ceremony, Photo Shoot and Reception for up to 10 hours of Wedding Day Direction Full Wedding Coordination  A professional Wedding Coordinator will work with you and help create your personal dream wedding. We can handle all of the planning or guide you through the planning process and take the time and leg-work out of every stage.
Coordination Services include all of the services mentioned under Consulting Services, as well as:
Budget management; Assistance with obtaining proper legal work with Destination Country;
Assistance with planning group outings and activities; Vendor contacts/ negotiation/contract reviews/follow-ups and confirmations; Schedule Management; Travel Arrangement negotiations; Wedding Day on-site supervision of set-up, ceremony, photo-session and reception (under certain circumstances, additional fee will apply for parties less than 15 people)

describes as - “a gourmet wining and dining mini-vacation.” His experience culminates from two decades as a Chef In Europe, Asia, Micronesia, The Carribean, Pacific Islands and the USA at some of the finest Hotels and Resorts in the world.
Michael is commited to serving others and has been a particpant in the rescue, recovery and relief of those affected by 9/11. With the help of senior management from Price, Waterhouse & Coopers LLP, fed hundreds at Ground Zero on the day of the event and the week following the tragic loss. Working together we aided many rescue workers, firemen and New Yorkers during those tough times. 
Michael followed his plan to continue serving and staged one of the largest events in the South Pacific for the Pacific Command and Naval OPs Reallignment in conjunction with the USO. Together we opened and catered the largest opening of a relief center for the troops.
Michael K Madigan Jr. is a third generation chef and second generation to attend the world renowned
Culinary Institute of America. Michael graduated in 1992 from the Hyde Park campus where he left and went to work for the Rockefellers in the British Virgin Islands.
